This policy explains what personal data Sarutei Tech handles when you visit this site or write to us, what we use it for, and how you can ask for access, correction, or deletion.
1. Who is responsible
The controller is Sarutei Tech, a development studio based in Rosario, Santa Fe, Argentina.
2. What data we handle
Data you send us
If you use the contact form or the quick contact, we receive your email, your message, your name if you fill it in, and a subject if there is one. Sending them is voluntary: you can browse the site without sending anything.
Technical data
The IP address of the request is used only to slow repeated submissions. It stays in the server's memory for about ten minutes and is not stored in a database. The form goes through Vercel BotID, a check against bots, which we do not use for advertising. Visits are measured with Vercel Web Analytics: pages viewed, country, and browser, in aggregate, without cookies and without your name, email, or IP address. That identifier is discarded after 24 hours. Hosting on Vercel may record technical connection data to run and protect the site. We do not use it to identify you or to show you ads.
What we do not do
We do not ask for accounts, payments, or documents on this site. We do not build a list to send advertising. We do not sell personal data.
3. What we use it for
We use the message to answer your inquiry and, if the conversation continues, to talk about a project. We use the technical data to prevent abuse of the form and to see, in aggregate, which pages are visited. We do not use it to write to you for any other reason.
4. Who else processes it
Vercel hosts the site, measures visits in aggregate, and protects the form. Resend delivers the message by email to the studio: the mail is not loaded into a database on the site, it arrives in our inbox. Those two providers process data in the United States, and we use them only for those tasks. We do not share your data with advertisers.
5. How long we keep it
The message stays in the studio's inbox for as long as we need to reply and follow that conversation. You can ask us to delete it. The IP used to limit submissions is discarded within minutes. Vercel's visit identifier is discarded after 24 hours.
6. Your rights
Argentina's Personal Data Protection Act 25,326 gives you the right to access, correct, update, and delete your data. You can use those rights by writing to contact@sarutei.com.ar. The enforcement authority in Argentina is the Agency for Access to Public Information argentina.gob.ar/aaip.
7. Children
This site is meant for work inquiries. We do not seek data from children. If you believe a child wrote to us, tell us and we will delete the message.
8. Cookies

9. Updates
We may update this policy when the site or the tools we use change. The date above is the latest version.
